Remote Labs
For our remote lab environment we use WebEx by Cisco. To connect to your lab, visit http://protechra.webex.com.  This is a secure environment and your instructor will provide you with a remote access user Id, password and assign you to a remote computer and give you an access code.  These credentials are only good for the week the class is running.

Your instructor will give a presentation to help you navigate the remote lab environment. If you would like to view this presentation again, you can view it here.  This will give you your instructions on logging in to WebEx.
Troubleshooting
If you are having technical difficulties, here are a few links that can help troubleshoot some common issues.
  • The speedof.me website will detect your internet speed.  Another popular one is the  speedtest.net web site.  Use these tools to determine if you are having network bandwidth issues.
  • If you are having other technical difficulties, view this document for tips on resolving issues with you mic, sound, speakers and other configuration settings.

To connect with your online meeting / webinar  each day, you will use one of the following:
  1. Goto Webinar
  2. WebEx
For Goto Webinar, go here http://joinweninar.com and enter your Webinar Id.  You can also use the link that was provided for you in your enrollment email.

Please login to the MyProTech portal web site www.protechtraining.com/myprotech and register for your class.  There are links for returning and new students to register.
